Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk64 ("pk64", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk64 online casino and sports betting platform available at pk64.ws and any associated mobile or web interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on pk64, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to close your account.

To be eligible to register and use pk64, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm minimum age, not a guideline. If you are under 21, you are prohibited from registering or using pk64 in any capacity.
• You are registering and using the Platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. You may not allow another person to use your account under any circumstances.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close relative of any employee or contractor of pk64, its affiliates or its game providers.
• You have not previously had an account on pk64 that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You acknowledge and accept that online gaming carries financial risk and that you may lose funds deposited. You agree to play within your personal means and to use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.

pk64 reserves the right to carry out eligibility verification checks at any time during the life of an account, including requesting documentary proof of age, identity and source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access pk64's services, you must register a single player account using your genuine personal details. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. You are required to notify pk64 promptly if any of your registration details change, including your mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, OTP delivery and support communications.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts — including under different names, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You must set a strong, unique password for your pk64 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not write it down, share it, or use a password that you use on another platform.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact pk64 support at [email protected] immediately. pk64 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security precautions.

KYC and Identity Verification

pk64 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport or driver's licence — and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. KYC may also be triggered by unusual account activity or as part of a routine compliance review. Refusing to complete KYC verification will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk64 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pk64 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The Platform supports the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay); ৳500 for bank card and direct bank transfer methods. Maximum single deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your pk64 account balance in real time for mobile money methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected depending on the issuing bank's processing time.
• Only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from a third-party payment account will be reversed and the associated account will be reviewed for compliance. pk64 is not responsible for funds lost due to deposits made from incorrectly registered payment accounts.
• pk64 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any digital asset that is not Bangladeshi Taka. Any such transaction will be rejected and funds may be irretrievable depending on the originating network.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pk64 account. pk64 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission. Silver VIP members receive processing within 12 hours. Gold and Platinum VIP members receive same-day processing. Processing times are measured from confirmation of the withdrawal request during business hours (BST, UTC+6).
• pk64 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where a withdrawal request is flagged by our compliance systems. Players will be notified by email if their withdrawal is placed under review.
• pk64 does not charge a platform-side withdrawal fee. Any fee displayed during a withdrawal transaction is the payment provider's own charge and is outside pk64's control.

Any balance remaining in an account that has been dormant (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administrative fee as notified in writing to the account holder's registered contact details. Players are encouraged to log in periodically or to close their account and withdraw their balance if they no longer wish to use pk64.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

pk64 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh and BPL season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each offer page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless and until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Bonuses may not be used as a substitute for a deposit where a minimum deposit is required to trigger a promotion.
• pk64 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where pk64 has reason to believe the offer is being abused or exploited. Players who have already received a bonus that is subsequently withdrawn will retain any wagering progress made in good faith prior to the withdrawal.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a player who has not previously held a pk64 account under any name or mobile number. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a subsequent account (duplicate account) constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Bonuses are only available to players betting with their own funds and making genuine betting decisions. Using a bonus as part of a coordinated strategy to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome — commonly known as bonus abuse or arbitrage — is a prohibited activity under Section 6 of these Terms.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

pk64 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. Sports betting odds are set by pk64's trading team and reflect genuine market pricing. The following fair play rules apply to all use of the Platform:

• No game outcome on pk64 is predetermined or influenced by the Platform in favour of or against any player. RNG certification ensures statistical randomness across all spins, hands and rounds.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games are the long-run statistical average for that title across all players. Individual session outcomes will differ. RTP figures are accessible from the game information panel within the lobby.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with pk64's sports betting rules applicable to each market type. In the event of a void event or disputed result, pk64's trading team decision is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process in Section 8 of these Terms.
• Live casino tables are subject to the rules of the individual game as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the hand or round will be settled based on the state of play at the point of disconnection where that state can be determined. Where a state cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Winnings generated through gameplay errors, software malfunctions, or system faults that produce demonstrably incorrect outcomes are not valid and will be reversed. pk64 will notify affected players and return their stake to their account balance in such cases.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk64. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and may result in forfeiture of some or all account balances. pk64 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to: chargebacks, use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, submission of false identity documents, or deliberate exploitation of software errors to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Collusion with other players to fix outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or coordinate betting strategies designed to manipulate game results or circumvent Platform rules.
• Money laundering or use of pk64 to obscure the source of funds. pk64 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures consistent with financial compliance best practices. Transactions that appear designed to layer or integrate funds from illicit sources will be reported and the account closed.
• Bonus abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, coordinating bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, or any strategy that exploits a bonus offer in a manner not intended by pk64.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

pk64 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following are non-exhaustive examples of circumstances in which pk64 may take such action:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited conduct, providing false registration information, or failing to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• pk64's compliance or fraud monitoring systems have flagged the account for suspicious activity, including unusual transaction patterns, suspected identity fraud or AML risk indicators.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under pk64's Responsible Gaming tools, in which case the account will be immediately restricted from all real-money gameplay for the duration specified by the player.
• pk64 decides to withdraw from the Bangladesh market or discontinue its services, in which case players will be given a minimum of 30 days notice and the opportunity to withdraw their account balance in full before service cessation.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, pk64 is not obligated to return any balance held in that account and may forfeit such balance in accordance with Section 6. Where an account is closed for any reason other than breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 business days.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk64 is committed to the principles of responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available from Account Settings after pk64 login and include:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly): Players may set a maximum deposit threshold for any rolling period. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified duration in a single session.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked from all real-money activity and the player will not receive any marketing or promotional communications from pk64.
• Account closure: Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk64 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of pk64 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without pk64's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of pk64's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk64, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. pk64's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, statute or otherwise). Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by pk64's negligence.

• pk64 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet outages and circumstances outside pk64's control may result in temporary unavailability. pk64 will endeavour to restore services promptly but is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
• pk64 is not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of relying on information published on the Platform — including odds, statistics or editorial content — that subsequently proves inaccurate.
• pk64 is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studios, or telecommunications providers. Where a third-party service failure results in a player loss (for example, a failed deposit or delayed withdrawal), pk64 will make reasonable efforts to assist the player in recovering the funds but cannot guarantee recovery.

11. Amendments to These Terms

pk64 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to fee structures, eligibility criteria, or dispute resolution processes — pk64 will provide players with at least 7 days advance notice via the registered email address or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. Where changes are minor or relate to corrections of errors, pk64 may update the Terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed in the document metadata strip at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
